| 职位描述： | Purpose: *Drive the deliverables of Sourcing Organization of Group within the LO base to manage the successful product development and make sure products are produced according to required quality standards in the assigned factory.Key Responsibilities: *General*Interfaces among Factories, other departments and 3rd party service providers.*Train and coach factories in all aspects of the product development, production/quality control.*Build loyal, mutually beneficial relationship with factories and other stakeholders through collaboration and teamwork based on confirmed standards and polices.*Collaborates closely with all relative departments to ensure all cross functional objectives are executed to meet and exceed customer targets, while balancing customer expectation in regards to quality, delivery and cost.*Continually drive process improvement, challenges existing none value added work flows and processes to manage daily job responsibilities efficiently and effectively.*Get actively involved with key product and service issues and use a high sense of urgency to resolve them. *Development *Work closely with the project management team and factories to ensure the products are well developed at the right material, right manufacturability and right price and adherence to all relevant adidas standards including A01. *Ensure on time delivery of prototypes/development samples with requested quality and standards. *Work collaboratively with project management team, factories and other relevant departments to ensure an on time performance for all required products’ development.*Timely maintain required product data in product creation system – RMS at each development stage.*Production and Quality*Coordinate internally and externally (T1 & T2) in order to guarantee a constant and reliable product quality level according to required quality standard.*Execute in-line inspection and final inspection according to the required standard. Release shipments only when the product quality can achieve the required standard.*Handle adi comp and warehouse claim according to the relevant SOP.*Ensure factories’ compliance of the requested Labelling & Package.*Ensure all relevant quality policies are well implemented and applied.*Make sure adidas-group SEA policies/rules are well implemented by the factory.*Actively involve into the Lean production build up of T1 factory and help T1 factory to achieve the assigned aLF objective.*Management*Lead and well manage LO’s development team and production team in the assigned factory to achieve all the objectives.*Consistently to develop and maintain the team in a good shape;Key Relationships: *T1/T2 suppliers*HQ PjM*A&G Global Quality Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications: *Bachelor's degree or above preferably in Composite Material Engineering or Manufacture;*Excellent knowledge of Development & Production of Sporting goods manufacture; Professional knowledge about inflated balls is a plus;*At least 8 years of relevant business experience including 5+ years managerial experience;*Strong leadership and management skills;* Good verbal and written communication skills in a global business setting.*Strong interpersonal & Customer oriented skills.*Fluent English in both oral and written.*Proficiency with key PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,) |
